1 - Question:  What would it cost to seal my car driveway approximately 500 Sq. ft.?

  Answer:  Properly done, the SEALIFY Treatment way, approximately $1300.00 plus taxes

2 - Question:  What is the SEALIFY Treatment?

  Answer: At 877-SEALIFY  we make is simple using a 3-Step SEALIFY Process;

• We Power Wash the concrete (this removes all dust and unwanted particles).
• We Densify (one time application). We apply a Deep Penetrating coat directly on the concrete (similar to a premier), this will make your concrete 50% stronger and significantly reducing the possibility of cracking and spalling.
• We Seal it with 2 coats of sealants back to back.

3 - Question:  Can you just Seal my driveway and not Densify it?  Will it keep dust and water out as good the 3 -Step process?

Answer: We could just Seal, It will keep dust and water out, but your concrete will not benefit from all benefits of the Densifying.

4 -Question:  How much time will it take for 877-SEALIFY to preform the 3-Step Process and can I use my driveway in the mean time?

Answer: Weather permitting 4-5 days to properly dry and cure. During the cure time you can not use the driveway.

5 -Question:  Do I real need to seal my Driveway?

Answer: Yes. It’s a very good idea to Seal your driveway. By Sealing your driveway, you protect the concrete. It is highly recommend by

Professionals Home Builders and your Warranty Program to seal and protect your driveway.

6 - Question:  Would Densifying or Sealing my concrete or wooden deck change the colour?

Answer: It should not, but there is a slight possibility that it may lighten the concrete a bit.

7 - Question:  Will the Densifier and sealer fill in small cracks?

Answer:  No, but it may fill in and Seal hair line cracks. Crack Sealer or Concrete filler can fill in larger cracks or repairs.

8 - Question:  On my new built, once my Home Builder pours my concrete, will he comeback once cured and Seal it?

Answer: Very good chance the answer is NO!, but you could ask your builder!

9 - Question:  My home builder will be pouring my concrete in the summer, when should I Densify and Seal my driveway?

Answer: We can Densify and Seal your driveway as soon as your home builder says it good to drive on (approximately 25-28 days from pouring).

Your cost will also be approximately $1000.00 + taxes for 500 sq. ft.

10- Question:  Could you also SEALIFY my cedar and pressure treated fence and deck?

Answer:  Yes, we can, as long as the wood has been installed on your property for more than 1 year. We would gently Wash the wood, once dry, 2 coats of Sealant.

11 -  Question: Do you also Seal swimming pool decks?

Answer: Absolutely we Seal swimming pool Decks, Concrete Patios, Walk Ways and just about anything concrete outside your home.

12 - Question: I suspect my driveway was previously sealed, should I re-seal it?

Answer: It really depends on your driveway and the conditions it is in. We can simply test to see if the concrete is soaking the water or not.

13 - Question:  Could 877-SEALIFY Seal my asphalt driveway?

Answer:  Unfortunately NO, our products only works on concrete and wood, but we could possibility help you.

14- Question:  Once I SEALIFY my house how long will the Sealant protect my home.

Answer: With the harsh freezing winters and hot sunny summers we experience the treatment should last between 3-5 years.

Depending on the maintenance you do and the products you DO NOT use, example; De-icing salt, chlorine and harmful chemicals.

15 - Question:  To  DIY or not to DIY, my driveway and cedar deck?

Answer: At 877-SEALIFY this is what we do,  full time. You will get a professional service and a company that understands how to clean and Seal your driveway and

cedar deck properly using only industrial strength product that will last for years. Good quality DIY products are not cheap and usually require yearly Power Washing and yearly Sealing.
